We're building AI here in Niagara, for Niagara - and we'd rather grow local talent than import it. So we're hiring a developer the way most companies won't: no degree, no work history, no checklist of skills. We believe talent is everywhere but opportunity isn't - this is us putting that belief to work, close to home. If you're curious about building things and willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
Two things are non-negotiable: you live in the Niagara region, and you can commute to our Grimsby-area office. That's it. Everything else, we'll figure out together.
You'd learn to build and run real software alongside a small, hands-on team - starting with the basics and taking on more as you grow. We work in person, together, on things that ship.
It's in person - no remote. We work side by side; that's how you'll learn fastest.
Our office is on a greenhouse property in the Grimsby area, with ample parking and a private entrance - a quiet, private lower-level workspace of its own.
We're dog-friendly - two German Shepherds are part of the place. Worth knowing if that's a joy or a concern for you.
